Hi, I’m Peter.
I have spent more than 15 years working in and around complex technology organizations. The common thread throughout my career has been helping people and organizations get difficult things delivered. My background spans project and product delivery, program environments, Lean-Agile ways of working, team leadership, and professional coaching. Over time, I have deliberately expanded that perspective into DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and AI governance. Because security and governance are increasingly becoming part of what responsible technology delivery means.
Delivery first.
I am most useful when an organization has something important to implement and the environment around it is complex. I like working where technology, people, organizational structures, dependencies, and competing interests come together. My approach is pragmatic and framework-agnostic. I am comfortable working across traditional, Agile, and hybrid environments and focus on what helps the organization move forward.
A coaching approach to leadership.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Professional coaching has fundamentally influenced how I lead. It has taught me to work with people without taking ownership away from them, to make different perspectives visible, and to help teams and leaders develop their own ability to solve complex problems. For me, coaching is therefore not separate from delivery leadership. It is part of how I lead.
Secure and responsible delivery.
As technology has evolved, so has my professional focus. DevSecOps made it increasingly clear that security cannot simply be added after development. AI is taking this further. Technology organizations increasingly need to consider delivery, security, data, risk, and governance together. This is why I continue to deepen my expertise in secure delivery, cybersecurity, and AI governance as part of my broader IT delivery perspective.
