“JUMP” Coaching Program

Is the desire for a major personal change creeping around in your head? Go beyond the vague and expand your thinking: “JUMP” is a series of coaching sessions that put you in the protagonist of your brilliant change story.

With its Netflix-style episodic structure, “JUMP” takes you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you to explore different facets of change and easily adopt a neutral stance by reflecting on “storyline consistency”. During your coaching you refine the episodes J, U, M and P in a flexible order:

In this episode, the protagonist gains clarity about the personal “jewels” in life. By capturing the protagonist’s unshakable values and indispensable needs, this episode sets the guard rails for the whole story.

This episode revolves around the uniqueness of the protagonist. It digs into the hidden strengths and geniuses in work and life that, in hindsight, elegantly explain the choices the protagonist will later make.

In this episode, the protagonist initially struggles to come up with coherent actions. Eventually, after weighing the moves available, the protagonist’s choice is the most consistent and the obviously smartest.

In this episode, the protagonist takes on a noticeable change. But is it enough just to sign the Pact for Change? Will the protagonist hold out? Or will there even be a cliffhanger for a next season?

Remember, you are the protagonist. So, it is up to you to create the ending of your brilliant change story. We will be your coaching partner during, between and after the “JUMP” sessions to bring your desired change to life.

Your coaching takes place in a confidential remote setting, e.g. by video call. Your Employer might fund your Coaching

Would you like to use your employer’s professional development budget for your change coaching? In many cases, this is possible because coaching helps you advance professionally to the benefit of your employer. The International Coaching Federation found that people who have used a coach report significant improvements, which in turn can be utilized as compelling arguments for funding:

  • 70% improved their work performance
  • 80% increased their confidence
  • 72% improved their communication skills

If you would like to discuss this topic, you are welcome to address it in your discovery call.
